Do I have to change my number?
No. Your number stays where it is. We forward unanswered calls, so the receptionist only picks up when nobody else did.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is month to month with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are one time, and we don't hold your number, recordings or data hostage if you leave.
Who owns the lead-gen website?
We do, and we're upfront about that. You're renting exclusive access to the leads, which is why there's no build cost to you. If you leave, the site stays with us. If you'd rather own the site outright, we can talk about that separately — it's a different deal at a different price.
Why isn't lead-gen one fixed price?
Because ranking a site in a small town and ranking one in a major metro aren't the same job. Bigger markets take more work to hold position and produce more valuable leads, so they cost more. We agree your tier upfront when we scope the market, and it stays there — no monthly counting and no surprise increases.
Will callers know it's not a person?
Some will, most won't. It answers in about a second, speaks naturally and handles interruptions. We can have it identify itself as an assistant if you'd rather — plenty of contractors prefer that.
How fast will I see leads?
The receptionist starts saving calls the day it goes live. Lead-gen sites are slower and depend on how competitive your market is — typically 30 to 90 days before consistent flow, which is why the first month is free.
What can't the receptionist do?
